Ancestral Healing Ceremony in Ireland

Register

Time: Saturday 6th December

Venue: Violet Sky Studio, Dublin, Ireland

Cost: 175 Euro, $202 (USD)

Take part in a special one-day healing ceremony with elder sangoma (African Shaman) John Lockley from the Xhosa nation in South Africa. Connect to your Ancestors, Dreams and Life purpose.

John will lead us in a traditional sangoma ceremony with drumming, chanting, dancing and dreamwork. A core part of the work is an ancestral ceremony where he teaches people how to connect to their ancestors and spiritual guardians. This will be done through prayer, intention and a drumming journey led by John.

  • Are you looking to improve your Dream life?

  • Understand how to connect to your Ancestors & Spirit Guides

  • Rediscover your personal medicine & soul’s purpose

If your answer is “yes”, then this ceremony is for you. Welcome! 😊🙏🏻😊

The Leopard is one of the main totem animals revered by traditional healers in Southern Africa because they represent intuitive intelligence, embodied spirituality and harmony with the natural world.

John will discuss the core principles or foundations of Leopard Medicine, namely Breath (spirit), Bone (ancestors) and Dream (Great Spirit). These teachings are connected to the traditional teachings of ‘Ubuntu’ (humanity) in South Africa, popularised by Nelson Mandela and Desmond Tutu, Xhosa men. As an adopted medicine man from the Xhosa nation, John will expand on these teachings. A key focus of John’s work is “What is your Dream or Life purpose?” If you don’t know, then these teachings will help you.

These teachings are found in John’s book ‘Leopard Warrior’ and audio course ‘Way of the Leopard’, both produced by Sounds True.

John has been teaching Leopard Medicine and running Ubuntu workshops internationally for over 16 years.

John Lockley is coming to Ireland to share some beautiful South African Shamanic medicine. John is a unique blend of Ireland and Africa, with dual citizenship (Ireland & South Africa). He is a traditionally trained South African Shaman known as a Sangoma from the Xhosa and Swazi lineages, with over 29 years of experience. He was recently made a medicine elder in the Xhosa tribe, one of the few non-blood Xhosa sangomas to be given this honour. John shares a wealth of stories, medicine teachings and music to open your heart, enlighten your dreams and inspire your soul.

Join us for this one-day workshop that promises to be enchanting!
