The Ancient art of African Shaking medicine comes to Dublin. John Lockley is a traditional South African healer from Nelson Mandela’s tribe, the Xhosa nation. John will teach the ancient art of the African trance dance to help connect people with their heart, blood and bones. Our bones represent our living connection to our ancestors. Once we connect with our bodies in this way we start to remember who we are and rediscover our life’s calling.
