I am pleased to announce my new webinar series starting this Sunday 30th July. The series of 3 webinars will be on exploring meditation; breathe in gently, breath out slowly… It is suitable for absolute beginners as well as seasoned meditators. The focus of any spiritual practice is stillness and mindfulness. I am constantly reminded of this when I lead retreats in the Kalahari Desert and nature is so silent. The animals have a heightened sense of hearing. In order to listen more deeply we have to learn to listen to our own breath, heart-beat and spirit. This practice forms the bedrock of any shamanic or nature based practice.

We will explore:
Different pranayama or breathing exercises to prepare for meditation
Various meditation techniques including walking & sitting practices
Posture, and the importance of correct alignment of the body & spine
Mantra practice and the poetry of sound & vibration to still the mind
