My ‘Art of Dream Tracking’ workshop is back by popular demand. Learn to understand your dreams to navigate your life. The ancients believed that our dreams contain the seed of our potential and the gateway to Spirit. Our dreams are constantly teaching us and beckoning us to go deeper. How can we listen more deeply to the quiet murmurs of our soul? And what can we do to ignite our dreaming and get into tracking our dreams to ensure that we don’t miss these invaluable teachings? I felt very honoured recently when I was invited to share my heart-beat meditation practice with Ram Dass & friends for a 10 day free meditation course. It will start on the 16th Jan. The focus of the practice is to PAUSE, BREATHE & BE HERE NOW 🙏. Other friends include Jack Kornfield, Joseph Goldstein, Trudy Goodman etc. A rare opportunity for people to be guided by masters in the mindfulness world.

My mission to educate people about the beauty of the African wilderness took a step up this year with an invitation to lead a 3 day pilgrimage through the wilderness of South Africa with well known safari guide & ranger, Massimo Rebuzzi. We will be offering a free webinar on the 20th Jan to talk about this unique pilgrimage. We will discuss walking with lions, listening to elephants and what it means to sleep under the African sky surrounded by friends and a fire to keep us warm.
