I feel deeply honoured to be running these retreats alongside my friend and tracker extraordinaire, Alwyn Myburgh. The retreats take place over 7 days + an optional 3 day tented camp safari in the Okavango Delta.

The retreats are a masterclass in Indigenous African medicine + a vision quest to connect to your Spirit and the Spirit of nature.
